ok well i have an hour long recording of audio and an hours long video and i need to make it into 4 15 minute long videos how would i do this on sony new vegas?

on a side not my audio is me talking and my mic was very bad so you can barely hear it how do i make it louder and the video softer? thanks

Are you serious? You just select the stuff you want to delete and press "delete" on your keyboard. It may say "del", but don't be scared, it's the same thing! If you see "dell" it has no point to press it, that's the company that made your computer. Don't be fooled.

As for changing audio you change the option at the top to something I forgot, and then you right click on the audio track, select envelope -> audio options or something. I don't know, Google it.
